Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role encompasses broad spectrum digital tasks, from website content management to innovative use of AI tools and Google Ads creation. Ideally suited for people who like technology and aim to build a career in marketing using latest innovations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A candidate is not expected to have had experience in all these responsibilities, but a successful candidate will demonstrate good knowledge of what is involved (at least in theory) and indicate their eagerness to undertake.

  • Website content population and website administration, ensuring web best practices and SEO
  • Google Ads administration, creation and monitoring, ensuring we meet specific KPIs
  • Social Media and PPC advertising monitoring
  • Websites’ performance and analytics (using Google Analytics, Ahref, SEMRush)
  • Conduct research for digital ops (SEO, Backlinks investigation, Competitor Analysis)
  • Administer Custom ChatGPT bot across several brands
  • Create, launch and analyse Email Campaigns, ensuring best practices for email sends
  • Work with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft 365 CRM to manage website integrations e.g. Contact Forms
  • Use tools such as Typeform, JWPlayer, Monday.com , Office365 Suite for every day operations
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks set by the Manager to support operations of Sales and Marketing Managers
