We’re looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing digital channels at implementation levels.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2 – 3 years proven experience in a similar digital marketing focused role.
  • Will have strong experience of managing, executing and optimising paid channels including PPC, Affiliates and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in analytical software including GA4.
  • Excellent level of competency with Excel.
  • A hands-on approach and keen to get stuck into day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Independent, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Customer centric and data driven with ability to interpret and use insights to steer activity.
  • Demonstrate passion for the brand and an affinity for our mission and our values.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Working in the Ecommerce team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the wider commercial calendar and business objectives. This role will also work with multiple departments, from creative to merchandising, so you will have a go-getter attitude and ability to use your intuition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the digital strategy across paid and organic channels; including PPC, Affiliates, Paid and Organic Social.
  • Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to ensure the digital strategy is in line with overall business forecast and objectives.
  • Manage our third-party digital marketing agencies including Paid Media, Affiliates and Product Feeds.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Content Executive to ensure paid activity aligns with the email roadmap.
  • Manage the monitoring and reporting of digital marketing performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Own the process for briefing and approving digital assets for paid and organic channels.
  • Manage our Affiliate partnership, writing newsletter updates, briefing in banners, reviewing and approving new publishers.
  • Update Facebook and Instagram Shop in line with commercial planner and trade.
  • Oversee and support the Ecommerce and Social Assistant with the organic social strategy across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Work with the ecommerce team to optimise our website for SEO best practise.
  • Build and manage budgets for all channels, ensuring they’re aligned with ecommerce targets.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the ecommerce team and contribute to the company’s trading goals.
