This is a hybrid role working from one of our two offices either in York or Bristol

REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing qualification or equivalent experience
- A good understanding of digital marketing strategy and best practices
- Good knowledge of content management software and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, proofing, and SEO skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to proactively manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with Adobe Create Suite being advantageous)
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy. This role encompasses a variety of marketing activities, using data to guide decision-making and drive effective campaigns. As a key team member, you will administer our HubSpot platform, organise contact lists, and build email campaigns with support from our Graphic Designer. You will use automation as needed to create an engaging user experience for clients and prospects. You will be heavily involved in developing our new website to ensure all activity orientates around it and all engagement is monitored and reported effectively.
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
- Administer our HubSpot CRM marketing system, including data management, automation, report building, and campaign integration, including HTML emails.
- Support with data analysis to inform local and national marketing campaigns, including social media and Google paid advertising.
- Assist our Content Manager and external agencies in producing SEO-rich content for case studies, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements.
- Work closely with our digital and website development agencies to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy alongside the broader marketing team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and trade shows, including promotional activities and follow-up communications.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
