Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for independently executing digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns and optimizing results.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google AdWords, SEO and other marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical)
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and social media management platforms, Meta ads manager, SEMrush
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of executing campaigns independently

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing
  • Plan, create, and execute Meta Ads and Google AdWords campaigns, focusing on lead generation.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI using advanced strategies.
  • Knowledge to implement A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid optimization techniques.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct on-page, off-page and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Perform keyword research, site audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize content and website structure for search engines, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Social Media Execution
  • Manage and execute content plans across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design teams to create compelling videos and posts aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Monitor platform performance and refine content based on analytics.
  • Content Planning & Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Well versed with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
  • Campaign Execution & Analytics
  • Monitor integrated digital campaigns, including email, social media and paid ads.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search console, SEMrush etc..)
  • Implement improvements based on data-driven decisions by management to achieve lead generation & conversions goals.
  • Website Management
  • Knowledge of WordPress website, functionality and understands the importance of optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and implement website enhancements.
  • Monitor site performance, including page speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead quality and conversion goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager on campaign performance and areas of improvement.
