Current Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online brand awareness, executing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This position requires a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset who is passionate about the digital space and staying ahead of industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Basic video editing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Create strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve its visibility through SEO and SEM.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Plan and create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia assets.
- Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments, and build online communities.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on results.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Pay-Per-Click (PPC):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Liaise with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
- Stay updated on digital marketing innovations and competitors’ activities.
