This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a diverse team based in Dublin, London, US, and Sydney. You’ll be working closely with brand and product teams.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 2+ years experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation e.g. Hubspot
  • Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management
  • Experience with CMS platforms e.g. Wordpress
  • Positive attitude with ability to follow and improve processes

Responsibilities:

The role is focused on supporting Learnosity’s demand generation team. It is best suited to someone who is process-driven, numerate, and keen to develop their skills and knowledge of marketing technology. You will:

  • Handle CRM administrative functions including user account maintenance, email templates, testing, reporting, and other routine tasks.
  • Implement good data hygiene habits across the CRM
  • Ensure data captured is accurate and complete
  • Proactive removal of records
  • Maintain opt-in and data protection practices
  • Fix sync errors
  • Adjust field values
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Proactively segment and manage our marketing lists to efficiently execute email campaigns
  • Support accurate targeting and personalisation of emails
  • Ensure naming conventions are being followed consistently
  • Prepare and test email marketing campaigns
  • Report on email marketing results and make recommendations for optimization
  • Support with website maintenance tasks, e.g. fixing broken links, downloading performance reports, updating and adding content.
  • Maintain our social media calendar including scheduling, posting and reporting on results.
