Description:
We are invite you to join us as an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist.
We need your contribution on establish, strategize & execute key E-commerce marketplace, like Shopee, Lazada and our website etc..
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and etc.)
- Fulfilment and packing of daily orders
- Ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Verify order transactions
- Response to customer inquiries
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
- Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information are accurate on the platforms
- Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns
- Generate Sales reports
- Assist to attend walk-in customersAny other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management.
