Description:
DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - KILKENNY / HYBRID
Our client, an international leading manufacturer for the retail industry are seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the
overall company’s digital marketing plan.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, duties will include;
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Have excellent knowledge and experience in B2B digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, PPC, CRO and email marketing with demonstrable experience.
- Have some level of experience within the e-commerce industry, potentially having been part of/delivered digital marketing services to e-commerce businesses in previous roles.
- Be analytical and commercially minded in their approach to delivering digital marketing campaigns and thrive on the challenge of achieving excellent results from their work.
- Have great organisational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable, familiar and adept at using digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Hold current qualifications/accreditations for the digital marketing disciplines they have experience with (desirable).
- Have a BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field.
- Have the willingness to travel to UK, France and other countries as required.
- Alongside solid e-commerce platform knowledge, first-hand experience with e-commerce tools and best practices will be hugely beneficial, including but not limited to:
- Google GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre, Adwords & Looker Studio
- SEO Tools & Best Practices.
- Ecommerce UX Tools and Best Practices.
- Hotjar
- Mailchimp
- Meta Business Suite
- Magento eCommerce (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain presence across three websites: .com, .fr, .ie
- Ensure the websites reflect the brand positioning.
- Grow web traffic from all channels including organic and paid media with a key focus on engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with web development agencies and designers to improve user experience and enhance site functionality.
- Develop, implement and monitor creative and measurable digital marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales and NPI teams to align content with brand campaigns and launches.
- Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, channel performance and conversions
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversions.
