Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Dialight has an immediate opening available for a Digital Marketer with a focus in Graphic Design for our industry-leading industrial and hazardous location LED lighting fixtures. The Marketing function at Dialight is a critical hub within the organization, interfacing with virtually all departments and stakeholders - Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, Product Management and others. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Adobe Cloud suite and be able to hit the ground running in the system on day one. The Graphic Design Specialist will also play an integral role in handling communication and projects with vendors and departments internal and external to the company, to keep marketing programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating documents in Adobe – proficiency in the Adobe Cloud platform is a must
• Work with Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Assist with Product Launches and Tradeshow /events
• Support product launches and product lifecycle; includes spec sheets, brochures, website, social media, catalog updates, case study development, sales projects, etc.
• Assist Digital Marketing Specialist with the social media plan, writing content, execution of posts and daily review of social accounts for messages/notifications
• Help to maintain certification documents on the website
• Graphic design/layout support as needed for marketing, sales, and other ad-hoc projects
• Collaboration with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations Teams on regular basis
• Work with the Marketing team to develop and write a blog post tying to the marketing theme for the month. The blogs are written and posted to the website using Hubspot

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Could (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Experience Wordpress
• Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking using entrepreneurial insight.
• Organizational, communication and presentation skills a must.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Understanding of website development and social media.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field required
• 5+ years of experience of related experience
• Technical Writing experience
