Description:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play an integral role in helping to drive our next stage of growth at Baked by Melissa. Directly managing our core digital channels, this person will be responsible for all aspects of our campaigns from ideation through to execution and reporting. The central focus is to help grow Baked by Melissa’s brand awareness, customer base, traffic to site and E-Commerce revenue. In this high impact role, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Display Channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Hands-on experience in Meta Business Manager & Google Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Programmatic etc.
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics and best practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize all aspects of Baked by Melissa’s paid marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, affiliate and display.
- Strategize and develop clear campaign goals and tactics to reach revenue goals and maintain efficient ROAS.
- Manage the end-to-end process of launching paid campaigns; from the ideation/briefing process through to execution and reporting.
- Create and communicate campaign briefs with creative and Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, ad formats and campaign goals.
- Own the hands on execution of all non-agency operated marketing channel campaigns.
- Report on daily/weekly/monthly performance and continuously optimize accounts to drive efficient revenue growth.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize campaign budgets and audience targeting.
- Manage, strategize, and collaborate with agency teams to ensure expertise, QA, and optimal platform scale Is achieved; Hold agency reps accountable for deliverables and channel insight.
- Identify the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms and help implement improvements to drive growth.
- Collaborate cross functionally with E-commerce, PR, Influencer and CRM team members to identify new opportunities for session growth, awareness pushes, and relevant promotional content.
- Consistently evaluate metrics that affect website traffic, target audience, and ROAS.
