Description:

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 (depending on experience) plus benefits
Working hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible Working options available)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience within a similar role and subsequent knowledge of: pay per click advertising, implementing SEO principles and managing PPC principles
  • Awareness of digital marketing platforms & their benefits
  • Dependable leader with the ability to encourage and work in a trusted environmentInspire direct reports through motivational coaching & training
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and API integrations
  • Experience using data to improve user experience and user interface
  • Awareness of marketing theory, with a keen interest in digital marketing theory & practice

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Honours Degree or Level 6 Equivalent in Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in their Taunton office .
This role will be the ideal challenge for someone with a background in technical website management and development. You will be responsible for managing/improving overall performance of digital marketing activity across Lloyd & Whyte group and in doing so successfully managing multiple websites simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to their Taunton office but the team are open to discussing hybrid working options as well as the opportunity for flexible working arrangements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
  • Manage the development of online platforms in line with marketing objectives
  • Manage the implementation of tracking and analytics tools to provide MI to business heads/determining success of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain the digital plan and distribute work as necessary to team membersAssist with Domain and SSL certificate management
  • Oversee and implement actions to improve SEO, onsite and offsite
  • Oversee and implement actions to improve PPC performance
  • Manage digital integration projects with other platforms and software
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies where necessary
  • Provide leadership and support to your direct reports through identification of training needs & implementation of coaching & development plans
