An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Portfolio Digital Manager to join the Criterion Hospitality management team.
We are a dynamic and creative company focused on bringing innovation to our real estate, hotels, and other business areas. This role involves overseeing the digital strategy for three boutique hotels, ensuring they stay ahead in a fast-paced and competitive environment. CAPABILITIES

  • Experience working in digital marketing channels for hotels – SEO, PPC, digital advertising, blogs, editorial and so on.
  • An organised individual who can strategically plan a marketing calendar that can drive commercial success.
  • A project manager with an attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns with a test-and-learn approach.
  • A team player who works well with people of all backgrounds, skill levels, and abilities to deliver a plan.
  • Graphic Design would be preferable (Canva and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of coding preferred (HTML, Java, Script, and CSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the marketing team’s activities and workloads, guiding them to meet marketing objectives.
  • Create and execute a paid media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage the media budget, ensuring funds are used effectively to achieve the best results.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve the company’s online presence and search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across different platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and outcomes.
  • Manage Google Analytics, tracking bookings and conversions to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and update all portfolio websites, ensuring they meets brand and functional standards.
