Description:
Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Ashbourne (regular commute to Ashbourne DE6 1EA and local satellite office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year – Full time (Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm)

Working with some of today’s most prestigious brands plus our own exclusive jewellery designs.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in website optimisation, SEO, and PPC management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Growth: Lead email marketing campaigns, drive sales through e-shots, and manage SEO strategies with third-party suppliers.
- Campaign Planning: Create and execute plans to increase sales, traffic, and brand awareness across digital channels.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online experience, aligning digital efforts with inventory and retail operations.
- Affiliate & Social Media: Manage affiliate networks, optimise website content, and oversee social media engagement.
- Data & Reporting: Analyse trends, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, suppliers, and brand partners to align strategies and deliver results.
