Description:

Dover Fueling Solutions, one of the world’s leading suppliers of fuel dispensers, payment terminals, forecourt control devices, point-of-sale and other measurement and control solutions to the retail and commercial fueling industry, is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will coordinate marketing program initiatives and external communications for the Dover Fueling Solutions brand and product lines. This position is part of a Global Marketing Communications team responsible for driving marketing strategy to align with business goals, which includes but is not limited to the writing and designing of press releases; marketing collateral; website content; newsletters; digital marketing; advertising, customer and distributor/channel communications; presentations and events; and similar marketing documents. The successful candidate will utilize education and experience gained to build higher-level knowledge and skills under the guidance of supervisor and/or more experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic marketing development and execution through all digital channels and tools
  • Drive the research and implementation of new marketing tactics and the latest trends to increase market share by measuring and reporting the return on investments (ROIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create, write, design and distribute marketing communications for external prospects, customers and distributors
  • Partner with product management, product marketing and sales enablement to provide a comprehensive strategy for sales in order to drive revenue growth
  • Responsible for web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and support with digital platform design and copy by brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth strategies
  • Optimize the user experience on the website and assist with the landing page creation by tracking consumer behavior
  • Assist in writing, designing and updating brochures, white papers, articles, video scripts, web content and other marketing materials by partnering with product marketing to capture competitive advantage and value proposition messaging
  • Support online marketing activities, such as digital and email campaigns and website maintenance and search engine optimization
  • Ensure alignment of marketing activities fits the regional and global strategy by helping to maintain information documented in internal tools and processes
  • Deliver creative ideas and assets for North America-specific campaigns, market introduction and PR activities while collaborating and coordinating with a global team
