JOB SUMMARY

As a Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce & Email Lead, you will lead strategy development across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on email marketing and eCommerce. You are responsible for overseeing the execution of these strategies, ensuring that our diverse portfolio of clients achieves their digital marketing goals effectively.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in email marketing and driving eCommerce growth through digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies on key platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Exceptional digital marketing strategy expertise, with a proven ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling, and impactful strategy presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias for action and an ability to effectively delegate and manage hands-on tasks as necessary.
  • A solid grounding in SEO and programmatic advertising, with the ability to plan, buy, analyze and optimize media across a variety of platforms.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning new concepts and skills, problem-solving, and working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Demonstrates innovative use of AI technologies or eagerness to learn AI applications to boost work quality and efficiency across all tasks and workflows.
  • Must have extensive experience with Google Suite of products (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in leveraging advanced analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies. Able to leverage data-driven insights to understand market trends and customer behavior, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in key email marketing and eCommerce platforms, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot and Shopify.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop digital marketing strategies across various platforms, focusing on email and eCommerce, while leading and supporting additional platforms as needed.
  • Work closely with Digital Production Leads and Account Teams to orchestrate the execution of digital strategies in specialty areas such as search marketing, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and engage with prospective clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Convert client goals into actionable digital strategies and collaborate with internal teams to bring these strategies to life.
  • Ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded and that all deliverables are on track by closely collaborating with Account Managers and Project Managers.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director and other cross-functional leads to ensure smooth operation of the Digital Marketing department and to develop solutions to overcome any potential challenges.
