We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive online engagement, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence in Sweden and driving our marketing initiatives to the next level. You will be a part of an international marketing community together with colleagues from all around Europe.
This position is a 1-year parental leave replacement with a high opportunity of extending to a permanent position after the fixed term.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Plan, implement, and monitor paid search campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Leverage HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
Develop and manage content creation strategies, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy.
Analyze and report on the performance of web and digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage impactful digital content for various platforms.
Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and related tools and technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in Digital Marketing or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
