Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Supervises and guides the marketing team’s activities while fostering their development.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., content, communications) to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies set by the management.
  • Customise marketing activities to suit the local market while maintaining consistency with the school’s global brand.
  • Develop and manage a marketing calendar, communicating upcoming activities and campaigns to the team to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, overseeing campaigns and activities to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, events, advertisements, etc., using data analysis to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts across offline and online channels (e.g., paid media, events, organic referrals), ensuring a seamless user journey from initial interest to admissions team follow-up.
  • Analyse the performance of each marketing channel, leveraging data to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
  • Coordinate market research initiatives and gather intelligence on competitors and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to ensure the school remains competitive and innovative in its marketing approaches.
  • Oversees operational activities to achieve performance targets for the marketing team.
  • Collaborates closely with the Admissions team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Maintains relationships with internal and external partners to stay informed about current business conditions and macroeconomic trends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing digital marketing strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, OpenApply).
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

To strategically plan, execute, and optimise marketing efforts that promote the overall school brand presence in the digital space. To provide leadership and mentoring to the marketing team.
