WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an experienced and professional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our team and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including leadership experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinking, able to adapt quickly to market changes and develop innovative solutions.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is a must.
• Knowledge or interest in blockchain or Web3 is a plus.

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage the execution of marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event planning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide data-driven insights for marketing decisions.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve goals and continuously improve team performance.
• Build and maintain media and partner relationships to expand brand resources and influence.
