Description:

Hamptons are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12 month Fixed term contract. This role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in our central London office (W1).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to new trends.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing our digital marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in increasing online visibility, driving traffic to our website, and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, PPC, content marketing, working with website CMS, email marketing and data analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads) alongside our expert agency to maximise ROI and drive lead generation.
  • Improve organic search rankings through SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO improvements, alongside our expert agency.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for the website, blog and email newsletters.
  • CMS management and website content creation, basic html knowledge required.
  • Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
  • Create compelling digital assets when required for website and email.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Manage new website development requests, brief them to the web agency and make sure the projects are done on the accorded timeframes.
  • Administration tasks: overseeing digital budgets and invoicing.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring Hamptons stays at the forefront of the industry.
