We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across our brands. The ideal candidate will blend three things: (1) a willingness to be very hands-on and focused on results (without any team / direct reports at least initially), (2) high self-sufficiency in all aspects of digital marketing including PPC campaign management (all channels and CAC / ROI monitoring and calculation) / graphic design (CSS/HTML/AdobeCS) / website management (Wordpress CMS) / SEO / social media / email campaigns / Hupspot ownership and (3) strong web analytics / market analysis skills (Google Analytics, Excel, Hubspot mastery, etc.). The individual should be able, without guidance, to create or tweak landing pages or website content and PPC keywords and parameters to improve funnel conversions towards generating high-quality leads. They possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and demonstrate expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics. The role entails ownerships of our several websites and lead generation through to first meeting / call.
The role reports directly to the Kinrock Managing Director and is based in the Kinrock main office in central London. The role is full-time in-person. We offer competitive salary, performance-based bonus and generous benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable success in a previous marketing role substantially increasing the generation of high-quality leads (that led to an increase in sales), preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Graphic and web design: Strong proficiency and self-sufficiency as a graphic / website designer a must (Adobe Creative, HTML/CSS, Wordpress mastery(
  • Strong proficiency in SEO and CPC and traffic analysis
  • Strong expertise in all key apps like Excel, Hubspot, Google Search Console and Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive all-channel marketing strategies (with an emphasis on data-driven, CAC/ROI-aware PPC campaign management) in collaboration with our commercial teams to increase quality lead generation across our brands
  • Have ultimate responsibility Kinrock-wide for generating high-quality leads for our sales teams across our brands and for monitoring them via Hubspot
  • Own and be able to change and edit content and layout on our Wordpress websites with ease and speed
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Utilise Marketing functionality on Hubspot / Pipedrive, Google Analytics, SEO apps and other tools to segment the TAM, track leads, analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams to produce / manage required marketing assets (banners, leaflets, business cards, etc.) for trade shows / conferences
  • Lead our submissions / applications for industry awards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content using appropriate software tools
  • Maintain the company websites using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on marketing performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
