Description:

Our client, a leading provider in the communications industry, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive their digital strategy across multiple markets. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance the company’s digital presence, optimize customer journeys, and lead multi-channel campaigns that boost online traffic and sales. You can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey or Isle of Man

Tasks

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and commercial goals across three island markets.
  • Manage and maintain three consumer websites, including page creation, optimization, and ongoing development tasks.
  • Oversee and optimize both paid and organic digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to execute campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, including retainer agreements and performance reviews.
  • Analyze performance data and propose strategic improvements to stakeholders.
  • Provide support on broader digital business projects and ensure alignment with digital best practices.
  • Regularly communicate web and digital performance updates to the wider team.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing, campaign management, and website optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Dynamics 365, and Jira.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, UI/UX, and digital copywriting is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience managing third-party suppliers or agencies.
  • Experience in the telecoms sector is a plus.
