Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative digital marketing strategies that support global brand awareness and growth
- Identify new digital trends, technologies and platforms to strengthen our market position
- Responsible for improving online visibility through effective SEO, content strategies, and conversion optimization
- Develop and drive marketing campaigns out of CRM
- Designing and measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities, evaluating key figures and optimizing campaigns
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience on our website and implementing best practices for web design and user guidance
- Lead Richter global social media strategy and content to strengthen our presence
- Responsible for creating targeted content (blog posts, white papers, case studies)
- Responsible for creating engaging graphics and visual content that support Richter brand identity and effectively convey the marketing messages (Corporate Design)
- Preparation and coordination of trade fairs and roadshows
