Description:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to managing web development and content updates for European markets.
- Proven experience in working with digital marketing agencies/vendors, specifically in the context of website management and CRM integration.
- Strong background in designing, setting up, and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including organic and paid strategies.
- Experience in managing and optimizing social media accounts on key platforms, with a focus on increasing engagement and brand presence.
- Passion for the medical cannabis industry, with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the European digital strategy, elaborating the digital marketing plan and steering its implementation through European and local brand teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for managing websites in Europe, overseeing the performance and updates of these sites to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors responsible for web development, ensuring timely updates, adherence to brand standards, and seamless functionality across all digital platforms.
- Own and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social media, and digital promotional campaigns) with the goal of enhancing the reach and impact of promotional messages across various stakeholder groups.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with target audiences.
- Monitor and report on the roll-out of digital campaigns by setting up trackers with goals and KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, sign-ups, open rates, site traffic, etc.), and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and maintain high-quality digital content, aligning with overall marketing objectives and European market needs.
- Identify and analyze digital marketing trends, optimizing investments and performance based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure that all planned activities are implemented effectively and align with predefined goals, with a specific focus on the European market.
