Mission Group is seeking a specialized Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Communication, the Digital Marketing Manager brings technical knowledge to enhance the company’s digital marketing efforts, focusing on online lead generation, database management and communication, SEO, and brand awareness. This role will oversee the management and execution of all digital channels including but not limited to website, digital advertising, and our CRM. The ideal candidate will manage agency relationships and be responsible for the performance and reporting of digital channels.
This is a full-time head office position, located in Kelowna, BC. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our corporate brand and projects, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified leads.
  • Utilize our CRM to create, manage, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns and automation strategies to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and maintain database health.
  • Manage the agency responsible for our company’s website, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee content creation, site architecture, and SEO strategy to maximize site performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and regularly report on website performance, ensuring data-driven insights inform decisions regarding site optimization, user experience, SEO rankings, and social media listening.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ensuring proper targeting, budget allocation, and creative development. Track and report on campaign performance metrics, making insight-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Manage external vendors and digital agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging digital content, including blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and email newsletters aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and user behavior insights to drive continuous improvement and better results.
  • Additional duties as required.
