JOB DESCRIPTION

OnRobot was founded in 2015 in Odense, Denmark, and is on track to become the global One-Stop Shop for all Collaborative Applications on all Robot Platforms. OnRobot is defining and leading the market for Collaborative Applications by bringing disruptive technologies to market quickly.
OnRobot is looking for a global Digital Marketing Manager who will help support our growth with aggressive lead generation.
The Digital Marketing Manager at OnRobot will have experience in designing and executing B2B digital marketing programs that address each stage of the buyer’s journey. You will work to increase digital engagement with potential customers maximizing lead generation through both inbound and outbound marketing channels. You will work with 3rd party agencies using a data driven mindset to ensure alignment on KPI’s comprehensive strategy planning, and tactical execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation CRM systems (e.g., Active Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Responsibilities:

  • Own all conversion points on OnRobot.com, SoMe, and other digital channels
  • Acquire new customers through digital advertising, SEM, SEO. Manage and execute all aspects of paid campaigns, including spend, audience targeting, testing, and creative.
  • Partner with content team to develop SEO strategy and grow inbound leads
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report performance of campaigns and develop smart segmentation plans including using A/B testing to enhance response and conversion rates
  • Ensure accuracy and end-to-end tracking, measurement, and attribution of campaigns across the funnel stages and systems.
  • Work with agency to correctly populate and maintain performance dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses
  • Closely manage budget and spend
