JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and updates.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4Z 2H

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe tools for graphic design and content creation as needed.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Analyze campaign performance using SQL and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
