Responsibilities:

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

Main duties include:
- Manage the channel roadmaps to ensure growth in digital maturity and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute an omnichannel approach, integrating SEO best practices.
- Create engaging, accurate, and relevant content across various formats and schedule it on social media platforms.
- Test and optimise paid advertising creatives, CTAs, and landing pages, continually improving results and tracking success through metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, new channels, marketing technologies, and competitor activity, contributing insights to the digital marketing strategy.
- Work closely with external PPC and social media agencies to maximise performance across all funnel stages and markets.
- Produce regular reports on campaign activity and performance, regularly monitoring and providing actionable insights on the performance of organic and paid campaigns that drive continuous improvement. to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR, in all digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales and product teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Support evolving business needs in a fast-growing environment, including travel to Cambridge and London sites as required for content capture.
