Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative All-in-One Digital Marketer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our properties, engage with potential clients, and build our brand presence online.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive digital marketing plans that include SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms: Create and post engaging content on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor activity and interact with followers to grow our online community.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling copy for ads, blog posts, and website content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for SEO.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and send out email newsletters and promotional offers to our subscriber list. Track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze Data and Report Performance: Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially those specific to the real estate industry.
