Digital Marketing Manager - Join the SportRx Team!
Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for sports and premium eyewear? SportRx is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive high-impact campaigns across paid media channels. You’ll be the driving force behind demand generation for our top-tier sunglass brands like Oakley, Ray-Ban, Maui Jim, and Nike. This consumer marketing role is pivotal in accelerating audience growth, brand awareness, and excitement for our products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Agency Management: Oversee our paid media agencies with a brand-first mindset, ensuring they deliver results that elevate SportRx’s presence in the market.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms to measure campaign performance, offering insights and optimization guidance.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI through strategic spend tactics.
  • Content Creation: Drive continuous engagement by delivering compelling content tailored to our diverse sports audience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a marketing specialist and an athlete/ambassador lead, guiding them to execute tactics that amplify our brand heat.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring SportRx remains at the forefront of the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing management with a proven track record of driving growth. People management experience is preferred.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver clear presentations. Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage direct reports effectively, ensuring accountability and maintaining business momentum.
  • Project Management: You know how to get teams organized around seasonal marketing initiatives, digital strategies, photo shoots, promotions and events
  • Consumer Marketing Focus: A keen eye for consumer wants and behaviors; someone who puts the consumer at the center of every marketing idea, campaign and communication
