The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager at ZayZoon, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining our digital assets, optimizing our online presence across web properties, landing pages, PPC and social media ads, and ensuring seamless, user-centric digital experiences aligned with our various stakeholders. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing to propel our fintech startup to new heights!

We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of digital assets, including web properties, landing pages, PPC and social media ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements.
  • User-Centric Experiences: Create responsive, customer-centric digital experiences across all touchpoints, optimizing user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • SEO and Technical SEO: Lead SEO efforts, including technical SEO optimizations, keyword research, content optimization, and link building strategies, to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Surfer SEO, etc.
  • PPC and Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage PPC and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has extensive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on building and optimizing digital assets, PPC and social media advertising, SEO, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of various digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Surfer SEO, etc.
  • Possesses strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Shows a proactive and strategic approach to digital marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Exhibits excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
