Responsibilities:

When you join Verizon’s Digital Media team, you will be responsible for leading programmatic, paid social, and paid search partnerships to achieve brand and business objectives. You will collaborate with a team of media experts in order to secure optimal partner requirements for Verizon across Verizon Consumer Group. With your expert knowledge of the digital media landscape and the evolution of programmatic and self-serve buying, you will keep internal leadership, media and ad teams educated on emerging technologies. You will engage and influence stakeholders across the organization with respect to programmatic, paid social, and paid search offerings, while managing and developing the in-house approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing bold, innovative partnership strategies for Verizon’s approach to programmatic and paid social buying.
  • Stay on top of the latest developments in the programmatic landscape and online advertising in general, paying close attention to trends, technologies, and pricing models.
  • Firmly negotiating rates and pushing partners to provide innovative solutions and technologies best suited to Verizon.
  • Maintaining relationships with key partners and leading joint business proposals.
  • Collaborating across the Digital Media team on brand safety, verification and supply.
  • Leading the sourcing process, ensuring agreements (e.g. NDA, MSA) are executed appropriately.
  • Tracking and QA’ing execution of partnership agreements, ensuring Verizon and partner requirements are met.
