We are currently recruiting for a new Digital Marketing Creative Manager to join our growing team.
As Creative Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategy, management, and delivery of the agency’s creative team. This role will involve working closely with our Paid Media team, providing strategic input to our key accounts, and collaborating with our wider service teams on other exciting projects.
Your responsibilities will encompass proactive planning, strategic input, efficient execution, and meticulous management of all creative projects from inception to conclusion. Central to your role will be upholding exceptional quality standards, collaborating with service teams and being a key player in the strategic development of our campaigns.
You will be highly driven and organized, detail-focused and solution-focused, with a forward-thinking attitude, and an excellent team player.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience executing paid media creative campaigns, focusing on performance creatives.
  • At least one year leading a team of creatives, providing strategic input and support on delivery and execution.
  • Ability to produce best-in-class performance creatives.
  • Ability to project-manage creative campaigns, ensuring high execution and timely delivery.
  • Ability to identify creative opportunities through discussions and team meetings.
  • Understand digital marketing and how creativity impacts the performance of campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Skills in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Skills in CRO; providing strategic input and support on delivery and execution.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and service teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless delivery of creative projects.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across various channels (display, social, search, video).
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives to ensure they deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the service teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics, enabling you to add strategic input.
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear creative concepts and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, including identifying opportunities, brainstorming, concept development, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Participate in client meetings (as needed) to identify creative opportunities, present creative concepts and answer questions.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance analysis of creative assets and recommend optimisations.
  • Provide input into our testing framework process to improve our client work.
  • Regularly evaluate resource efficiency and utilisation to maximise the profitability of deliverables.
  • When appropriate, having an active involvement in our pitch process to ensure creative, strategic input is included.
  • Training appropriate team members on fundamentals of Project Management and creative strategy when required.
  • Working collaboratively with the Innovation team to review tools and solutions that allow us to improve our Project Management efficiencies through technology
