Description:

This is a hybrid in office and working from home based in Dubai, Al Barari area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager, ideally in an entrepreneurial or multi-business environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with entrepreneurs or startup environments.
  • A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE COMPANY AND ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to work closely across multiple businesses. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide variety of digital marketing projects across several companies. You’ll ensure that all marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are up-to-date, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects from concept to completion across various brands.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for all digital marketing assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and delivery of all assets.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate and manage the work of internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies to produce high-quality digital marketing deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor team workloads and capacity, reallocating resources when necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Content & Asset Management:
  • Ensure all marketing content, creatives, and campaigns are aligned with each brand’s vision and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all marketing materials, assets, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Campaign Management & Analysis:
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, paid search, email, and more.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Identify areas for optimization and improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Regularly update the CEO and other stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and performance insights.
  • Provide clear reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting KPIs and any key areas of concern or opportunity.
