Responsibility

  • Establishing project-management-based digital campaign and activation management process
  • Prepare & follow up project roadmap, action plan, and tasks. Manage project management tool.
  • Coordinate digital experts, cross-functional teams, and local teams to deliver on digital campaign & activation deliverables
  • Manage partner activation coordination on digital touchpoints. End-to-end process management, implementation, and delivery of collaborative activations.
  • Organize & host regular project and/or activation meetings
  • Collect & analyze data from digital campaigns & activations, compile holistic reports, generate insights. Organize retrospective meetings to define optimization needs.
  • Utilize all analytics tools for digital marketing performance analysis (Google Analytics GA4, Meta Business Manager, Digital campaign & KPI dashboards, etc.)
  • Support Head of Digital Marketing & E-commerce on performance reports and data driven insights
  • Coordinate digital marketing and e-commerce budget spent, submit and follow-up POs.

Education And Related Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital campaign and paid media management
  • Excellent project management knowledge and skills; the ability to successfully manage multiple projects running at the same time. Project management certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and preferably full online consumer journey in consumer electronics or a similar product category
  • Analytical thinker, able to analyze digital marketing metrics and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management within and outside the company.
  • Excellent command of English. German, French, or Spanish is a plus
