Job Description
This role is key in strengthening AFRY’s brand position and sales online. You will support colleagues in divisions and markets and provide advice, guidance and training to impart best practice.
Reports to: Director Global Marketing and Brand.
Location: Stockholm or Oxford
Key responsibilities
This role will support sales by management of digital marketing tools and initiatives.
- Support businesses in developing and optimizing lead scoring and customer journeys resulting in sales.
- Support our KAM team to leverage sales of their clients, by using digital marketing activities and account-based marketing.
- Enhance data-driven, multi-touch communication to improve segmentation, personalization strategies and digital sales.
Further you will as a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager manage the content improvement at afry.com, in collaboration with divisions and markets, including continuous performance optimization (SEO, traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Create and optimize global Marketing Automation activities within specific areas. Create and optimize website content within specific areas at our global pages at afry.com.
- Management of Website and Marketing Automation User Training Program, in cooperation with the global marketing team, i.e. support users in execution by sharing best practice, providing advice, guidance and training on afry.com, LinkedIn and the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Automation tools.
- Responsible for maintaining clarity, structure and high-quality content, adhering to AFRY’s visual guidelines and tonality.
- Work with strategic and tactical ad-hoc projects.
Working Relationships:
The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams, bridging their needs and common platforms together. We appreciate analytical capabilities and insights into how we can improve our processes.

Qualifications

Documented experience in educating colleagues in Marketing Automation and website content editing.
- Documented experience in website and editorial management. A bonus if you are familiar with CMS Drupal.
- Demonstrated experience with lead generation, website editing, data analysis, data management, data visualization, Google Analytics/GA4, Power BI KPI/Metric, which underpins your decision-making process.
- E-commerce in B2B, marketing automation and predictive analytics are within your realm of experience, and your proactive, strategic thinking and pragmatic execution are evident in your work.
- Having a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is a requirement.
- You come with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably within engineering or related industries.
- Being open to change, you embrace new tactics, tools, and methodologies that keep us abreast in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
- Excellent moderation and communication skills in English.
