Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven expertise in SEO (technical and content), digital marketing, and user experience optimization.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, website design tools, and optimization tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, RankmathSEO, WordPres
- On-page expertise: on-page keyword optimization, heading structure, conversion rate optimization, UI/UX structure, and an understanding of the user journey.
- Custom lead/key event tracking skills within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Must be able to write and speak clearly and effectively and present your ideas in an organized and actionable manner to both clients & internal teams.
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping and website usability best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This hybrid role will primarily be remote, with occasional in-office requirements when key team members are in town.
The primary focus of this role will be to:
- Improve website SEO (both technical and content).
- Increase attribution accuracy.
- Enhance the overall user journey and experience on our website and ad postings.
This is a temporary contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct a full audit of website SEO performance (technical and content).
- Develop and execute strategies to improve website attribution and tracking.
- Enhance the user journey and experience across the website and ad postings to optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure goals align with brand strategy and objectives.
Deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
