Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in PPC (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), preferably in the foodservice or restaurant industry.
  • Ideal candidate can work independently and manage projects/workloads based on timelines.
  • 1-3 years of design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • French language skills are an asset.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Experience with local SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of individual restaurant locations.
  • Motion graphics experience for creating engaging digital content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive local restaurant traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective social media strategies, focusing on local restaurant promotions and brand engagement.
  • Design, create, and edit compelling graphics, videos, and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Create and manage digital assets for Osmow’s online ordering platform and mobile app to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and stay up-to-date with the latest PPC, digital marketing, and video editing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and content development.
  • Support the development of SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
  • Communicate with franchisees to align digital strategies with local restaurant goals and promotions.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
