Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level, Active Campaign), SEO strategies, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge of Webflow, with a strong grasp of user experience design, landing page development, and integration with CRM and marketing tools.
- Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content across channels and apply strong storytelling skills to resonate with target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics, make data-informed decisions, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of adapting to fast-paced environments and responding to new challenges with creativity and initiative.
- Experience working cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel campaigns (email, social media, webinars, paid ads) to boost brand awareness and drive results.
- Design engaging materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Use CRM platforms to manage client journeys, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Manage and optimize our Webflow-based website, build landing pages, and enhance the user experience.
- Leverage SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and manage paid ad campaigns for maximum impact.
- Create compelling content, plan webinars, and promote our Building Freedom podcast.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and collaborators to expand our reach.
- Track campaign metrics, manage the marketing budget, and report on campaign effectiveness.
