Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. This role will be hybrid / remote and desired working set up can be discussed. Would consider part time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines
  • Setting up and running PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (including Meta Ads Manager)
  • SEO responsibilities: optimise website content, improves search rankings, and drives organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO, technical fixes, and link-building strategies.
  • Using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and campaign data to monitor KPIs like cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall ROI. Reporting insights and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage and optimise our website and social media presence to improve user experience and drive engagement
  • Analyse data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Creating SEO heavy content for the website, helping to create short videos for TikTok, Facebook etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into our strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various channels and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing
