POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and boost brand awareness. You’ll manage digital marketing initiatives across web, social, CRM, SEO, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in digital marketing or related field.
- Expertise in Facebook AdWords, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and website analytics tools.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Beauty industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital campaigns to drive website traffic and sales (Shopify, Amazon).
- Create and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns to increase conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and backlinks to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Lead SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns to build engagement.
- Research trends for content creation (video, social media, e-newsletters).
- Manage Google Ads to increase traffic and conversions, optimizing for e-commerce platforms.
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize for better results and conversions.
- Leverage Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and remarketing to drive impact.
