Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of all lead generation activity, including inbound and outbound programs
  • Set overall marketing goals to attain qualified pipeline aligned with sales goals
  • Plan, manage, optimize and execute all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing database, website, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across digital platforms
  • Monitor key digital marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives
  • Oversee A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content and deliver insights from reporting/measurement
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and create landing pages for different campaign types and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Deep experience with customer journeys, building customer journeys and using i.e. Google or Adobe analytics to drive insight for action
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Ability to develop ad copy and graphics for PPC campaigns
  • Deep experience working with HubSpot, Monday.com, SemRush, Hotjar, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, website analytics and user behavior to inform optimization efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and other tools to track and analyze social media metrics, measuring performance and identifying opportunities for growth
