We are Elaway! We exist to accelerate the green transition in Europe, from fossil fuels to electricity. We do so by making the installation and operation of charging facilities for housing communities easy.
The Norwegian EV market is booming, and the country has been the perfect playground for us while experimenting with the market needs. In 2022, we have established offices in Sweden and Germany as a major step in realising our ambitions and in 2024, we have also expanded to Denmark.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fantastic marketing team on a temporary basis. This position is fixed term for one year to cover for a colleague who will be on leave.
In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing, supporting various marketing activities. Your main responsibilities will include managing communication with external agencies, creating and optimizing web content, and collaborating with sales teams across different markets to ensure marketing activities align seamlessly with our sales strategies.

You will act as the primary contact for external marketing agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. In addition to that, your primary responsibilities include full ownership for our web content. This will include writing & publishing website content and perform SEO adjustments to improve our search engine visibility.
Moreover, you will be collaborating closely together with our sales teams from the different markets to align marketing activities with sales strategies.
As part of your secondary responsibilities, you will be taking over our email marketing including planning, producing, and analyzing email campaigns to effectively reach our target audiences. You will also coordinate marketing activities with partners to maximize joint campaigns and results.
Finally, you will manage and update the company’s social media channels, including content planning and publishing. Lastly, you will participate in and manage marketing projects across regions and markets, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.
Who are you
In terms of background, we believe that you have 2-3 years of experience from similar positions and if you have worked globally that would be a plus. Familiarity with SEO, Hubspot, and LinkedIn is beneficial but not a requirement. Additionally, you should have some experience in marketing planning and budgeting, as you will contribute to these areas.
You are fluent in English (both verbal and written) and in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish). As a person, you are confident in taking full ownership of processes and projects. While you work independently, you are not afraid to ask for support when needed.
