QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A creative marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital and design marketing capacity;
  • Experience within a financial/investment-oriented firm or a creative agency working with investment oriented or development clients;
  • Post-Secondary education required, preferably with a focus in marketing, communications or advertising;
  • A dynamic professional who is looking for an opportunity to be a value creator in a fast-paced and high-performance environment;
  • Team player, as well as, independent self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhanced capabilities;

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop, implement and manage the firm’s end-to-end digital presence and capabilities across various channels;
  • Assist with all organic and paid media strategies and initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation and engagement of key audiences;
  • Execute marketing automation programs for events, webcasts and email campaigns;
  • Support website management and SEO strategies to optimize page ranking;
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars;
  • Design and develop engaging and visually appealing marketing content across marketing platforms, including social media, digital campaigns and events;
  • Create and edit multimedia content, such as graphics, videos and infographics;
  • Craft compelling content including project updates, firm news and other content across various platforms;
  • Compile regular reporting on digital marketing metrics to drive marketing effectiveness and leverage data-driven insights;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects and initiatives aligned with key business objectives;
  • Conduct ongoing research into digital trends, identifying new marketing tools to drive better outcomes;
