MCM Digital Specialist
This role is accountable to ensure that assigned MCM digital projects are completed on time communicating status and KPI’s with regular frequency while identifying optimization opportunities for each campaign. Candidates should have a strong digital marketing knowledge and HTML, CSS, JS and Adobe Suite.
The ideal candidate knows how to create, optimize and report digital campaigns, but also know different marketing platforms to improve digital services along the way.

SKILLS:

  • +3 Years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or related
  • Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or related
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • HTML, HTML5, CSS, Java, and Adobe Suite
  • Microsoft office mandatory. Preparation and analysis of reports (mainly in Excel) and preparation of executive presentations (mainly in Power Point ).
  • Desirable Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools. (Marketo, Eloqua, Epsilon,etc).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Desirable Power BI

Responsibilities:

Administrator of the following, measured by:

  • Design, program and execute digital materials for emailing marketing and SMS campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Creates websites and user interfaces, using standard HTML/CSS practices, while incorporating data from back-end databases and services
  • Programming with third-party chatbots and webchats for clients
  • Running Inbound and Outbound WhatsApp campaigns
  • Sending results reports frequently to clients.
  • Create surveys for different purposes
  • Execute Social Ads & Programmatic ads campaigns with media team
  • Support PSP area with some tasks related with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Contact with digital providers for different services
