Digital Marketing Specialist Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional with a strong strategic mindset and proven experience in managing multichannel customer journeys targeted at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance engagement, conversion, and retention across digital touchpoints—while collaborating closely with global, cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, manage, and optimize digital journeys focused on the conversion and retention of non-visited physicians. Drive performance and continuous improvement across digital channels such as OCE-D (RTE, MTE, WhatsApp). Coordinate and execute virtual events using On24. Develop and implement social media campaigns to expand reach and engagement with HCPs. Propose, implement, and optimize campaigns leveraging third-party data (3rd Party Data). Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve multichannel strategies. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Health Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in multichannel digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Advanced knowledge of platforms such as OCE-D, On24, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. Advanced conversational English (mandatory) — this role requires daily interaction with global teams, including leading discussions, presenting insights, and collaborating across regions.
