Description:

We are a local distribution company representing more than 20 established global brands in the field of industrial automation, energy & environmental monitoring and power quality. As we digitalize our business into e-commerce, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist .
The ideal candidate will assist the marketing strategy by planning and executing digital marketing campaign, create content to boost brand awareness, to drive engagements, traffics, and leads for offline and online business.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will report to the Senior Manager - Business.

Your key Responsibilities involves

  • Plan yearly marketing budget
  • Plan, create, and execute an SEO and SEM strategy.
  • Manage and create social media contents and postings
  • Plan and organize events with various stakeholders
  • Monthly meeting with partners and stakeholders to present campaign plans, campaign performance, social media management, and proposal to improve digital results; assess against goals (KPI and ROI)
  • Set up conversion and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Manage buyer personas for targeted marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Diploma holder/ degree holder, preferably in marketing, IT or Engineering discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, using tools such as Semrush, GA4
  • Familiar with Adobe commerce cloud platform, Adobe Creative Clouds suite
  • Must have experience in CRM and marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Dotdigital or Salesforce.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Must be organized, attention to details, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team, but is also a self-starter
