Description:

Digital Marketing Specialist
Are you passionate about digital marketing? Are you excited to manage websites and multimedia content?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Brand marketing team. You will work closely with your two person’s team and collaborate with a larger marketing organisation.
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of digital and other marketing tasks, where taking responsibility and being organised are important.
This is a full-time parental leave cover role for approximately one year. We hope that you could start at the beginning of November 2024.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a blend of marketing and technology expertise. Hence, who is self-directed, and works well in a team environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to analyse and report website performance.
  • Some experience with developing and improving front-end development (CSS, HTML5).
  • Knowledge of SEO is a bonus.
  • Familiar with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) as well as Canva.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with your team member and stakeholders to manage magicad.com website; plan, design maintain, develop, and analyse website performance.
  • Create, develop, and update marketing campaign landing pages in WordPress, and web forms using HubSpot.
  • Multimedia production including video and voice recordings, editing, and publishing on magicad.com and YouTube.
  • Working closely with an external digital marketing partner.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, especially in digital marketing.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, especially HubSpot.
  • Skills in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia production.
  • Strong communication skills in both English, with Finnish language being a bonus.
  • Experienced in project management and strong organisational.
