Description:
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- 3 years+ experience in digital advertising (preferably in a B2C capacity)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Google Data/Looker Studio
- Demonstrable experience setting up and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on major platforms and understanding attribution
- Strong excel/sheets and analysis skills to easily pull, clean and transform data into insights
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to story tell insights in an impactful way and build a robust feedback loop
- Ability to craft high impact hypothesis for testing that will influence bottom line results
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate widely with internal and external partners
Responsibilities:
- Manage paid advertising channels in terms of execution, analysis & reporting
- Work cross functionally to ensure alignment of marketing assets to campaign goals and deliver a best-in-class customer journey from start to finish
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure we’re up to date with new digital products, trends & best practices
- Track performance on a regular basis and assess against KPIs
- Work closely with Growth team to come up with and validate test hypotheses for ongoing testing
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging marketing technologies, and the latest techniques, providing applicable insights and recommendations for adoption, where appropriate;
- Regularly review, develop and implement new strategies to optimize marketing spend and performance and meet business goals.
