We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to establish a powerful online presence, drive marketing-qualified leads, and generate meaningful sales opportunities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in B2B marketing and/or experience with account-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social media platforms and HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Marketing experience in life sciences or related industries.
  • Basic graphic design skills for content creation.

Marketing-Qualified Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to generate MQLs by executing sub-strategies below:

  • Account-Based Marketing: Partner with the sales team to develop and implement an effective account-based marketing strategy, including lead sequencing and the use of HubSpot to establish key principles.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and newsletters to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with MustardSeed’s business goals. Create, curate, and manage content for all relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute targeted paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, while monitoring and optimizing for best performance.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop segmented marketing campaigns for different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to enhance targeted communication.
  • Newsletter Management: Draft and distribute monthly newsletters to keep clients and prospects informed about company updates, trends, and project management insights.
  • Website & SEO: Work closely with our website developers, eventually taking over the management of SEO and website updates to optimize our online presence.
  • HubSpot Management: Oversee marketing efforts within HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, lead nurturing, and leveraging ABM tools to effectively target and convert key prospects.
  • Content Creation & Alignment: Create compelling marketing content (social media posts, emails, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with MustardSeed’s objectives and brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute MustardSeed’s social media and marketing initiatives. As our first marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in building our marketing engine, driving marketing qualified leads through social-media, paid media, email marketing campaigns, etc.
You will have the unique opportunity to build our marketing strategy from scratch, with significant opportunities for growing with the company and building a marketing department.
This is a part or full-time position with flexible hours, offering the ideal candidate the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
