As a Digital Marketing Specialist working in our Communications team at Pomerleau Construction, you will have the opportunity to shape our online presence, attract top talent, and drive business growth across Canada. Supporting our work in building large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, you’ll optimize user experiences, analyze web traffic, create compelling content and elevate our online campaigns.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to elaborate digital marketing strategy based on the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and digitally optimize the company website ensuring the content is performing, accurate and engaging.
  • Create and continuously optimize website and digital marketing tools (ex. website, recruitment microsite, Glassdoor and Indeed) to attract candidates and new clients.
  • Improve user experience and search engine performance.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our brand tone and reflects Pomerleau’s positioning in the industry.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website and digital marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to guide improvements.
  • Plan, execute and monitor digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and digital publications.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

THIS ROLE COULD BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Keen interest for digital trends.
  • Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Assets Include:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with web ad platforms (Google Ads, Indeed Ads).
