Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with successful results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in content marketing and writing optimized copy for ads, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Report on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
